Can it be zero star? I brought a car less than 3 months ago and I've been through hell with it. They said the car was fine, eventough I specifically asked for a good car since I have a baby. After I bought it and sent it for check up, it had a lot to repair. I JUST REPLACED THE ENGINE!!! No need to say more. This car makes me broke as hell.
At first I thought this dealer was great I thought they were getting me the car I wanted but after I spent the whole day working there with them they ripped me off. I had already paid a $2000 dollars down payment and transfered my insurance to the car I thought I would be buying. I was in love with it and worse off I went and turned my lease in becouse I thought I found my deal. Apparently Neomar Farrera is a liar becouse he promised me we had a deal I felt was fair enough. Then at the last minute they try to rob me by telling me they need another $3000 dollars with in one months time in order to get into the car. I might be stuck without a car right now but at least I didnt sign with them they probaly wouldve gotten the 5 grand in the first month then take the car from me on a technicallity the way they were actin. Im an uber driver and they have left me with no car and no income so I have no choice but to hit him where it hurts to. All the ladies in this office are cool but Neomar and the store manager tried to rip me of and screwwed me. Up until they tried to to get 3k out of me I thought they were cool now easilly the worst car buying experiance Ive ever had in my life by far.
