i know him for long time now i got really disappoint. bad customer services. unfortunate he charge me $321.00 for a AC repair for my Jeep.. he didn't do nothing my jeep still with no AC i took it back and he treat me like a garbage. he stole me my money.. its sad but i got it let everyone know. he just care about he's motorcycle and traveling the word but he not taking care of customer.. no start for him.. sorry I learn that Firestone is a great customer service they fix it one time and is done... Jeffry never want to take the check engine light off my jeep.. i took it to Firestone and the light never came on aging sorry i'm very disappoint that he stole my money and he don't care about a customer.. never call no care..
Excellent mechanic, honest estimates, I always check online before coming here and his estimates are way below what I see online. Never had an issue with the work he does. Will recommend him to anyone.
8 months later they still have my car hostage! I am going to have to go through Small Claims or my attorney and report him to the State of Florida Department of Consumer Services to shut them down!
Stay Away from Jeffrey Auto Repair! They are scammers, liars and frauds!
They have kept the car for over 6 months and nothing has been fixed. I never received an estimate. My lawyer wrote them a 6 page demand letter and they sent a false invoice that was dated after the date I got my car back. It was a false invoice.
I took my car in for engine work. The owner quoted me $1500 with warranty. It took a long time to get my car back. A few days after getting the car back it blew up again! Towed it back to Jeffrey Auto Repair and they said that it was not under warantee because it was something else! They wanted more money.
