Extremely disappointed and upset. I have been calling the shop for a week to make an appointment. I wanted to get my car fully detailed. From prior experiences I know this takes time if you are expecting a superb service. I finally was able to get someone on the phone today. I called and asked to make an appointment, I went into detail of what needed to be done. The lady, Ileana, just told me to bring it in whenever. I drove during my lunch break to drop off the car. Once I arrived one of the employees, very curious informed me that they couldn't detail my car today because it was raining and they wouldn't be able to wax it. I mentioned to the gentleman that the wax wasn't too important to me. I mostly needed the interior to be detailed, They offer a wash and vacuum as part of the deal, with that in mind, I told the gentleman that I could get it waxed the next time I came in. He tells me to please wait while he gets the person in charge of the detailing department. Once Joel, comes to my car he informs me that he can't-do it today. I was extremely furious because I had called prior to driving to the location.
Spent over $100 to still remind the workers that I added a deep clean and couldn't even get the ashtray clean.
Horrible.... I got there @ 6:29 pm and they told me they were already closed. Bad Business Ethics!!!! Btw they close at 7pm.
I left very upset, I just wasted 20 minutes from my lunch break to drop off my car for nothing. After cooling off, I call back and ask to speak with Joel. Ileana answered the phone, I politely asked to be transferred to Joel. She forgot to place the phone on mute/hold and when she hands off the phone she says something in Spanish to the effects of "Oh that's her calling, she's a price". I did make sure to mention to Joel that I was able to hear her. I will not recommend this place in regards to customer service or professionalism.
Thieves!!! They stole several dollars of my coins. Every single employee there except the cashier and manager had ankle monitors on. Stay far away from this den of bandits!!!
Terrible.
Both my boyfriend's car as well as mine were poorly cleaned. Rag streaks everywhere, dirt still visible in the seat cracks, stains still on the leather. Now, I'm not talking "stuck on there" stains...these stains wiped off with a little water and my finger.
I'm not expecting anything crazy, I'm not reviewing Sports Car Wash based on how clean it was under my seats... this was dirt in completely visible areas. Both my boyfriend and I drove away unsatisfied, with unclean cars, and less money in our pockets. AVOID.
