I think the prices and services are hard to beat.

It's literally horrible. I love pokemon and was disappointed to not find a Pokemon PJ my size. It sucks, and an "American" worker was treating us bad..
For starters, the place itself is clean and has nice items. As a manager of retail for over 7 years, find the staff to be quite unfit. Connie, the supervisor or the individual left in charge lost a customer over 8 dollars. A clearance item had 3 out of 4 cups. I asked for 2 dollars off because a glass cup was missing. Connie came to the register literally saying "what! Que paso! What do u need" to the cashier. After giving me such a hard time explaining to me she could not and would not reduce the price i asked for the MOD. she refused to give me the store managers name and said if i wanted to talk to the manager i have to come back tomorrow and figure it out. I asked another employee in customer service for the managers name and she rolled her eyes at me while smacking her gum, hesitating giving me the name 'Damaris'. At this point i dont even know if thats actually the store managers name. Kohls, it is not worth paying a supervisor 13+ dollars when they are scaring away customers who spend more than the employee makes. This only sums up my horrible experience. HIGHLY unprofessional. If anyone wants to put their money to where you are respected and valued than khols is not it if they continue to keep those employees...
The store is in good conditions. They have a lot of discounts and the quality of the clothes, and shoes are pretty decent. Its a place that everyone that is a member should go and buy clothes often, and if you are not one. Become a member, its easy and simple.
