It's overall rating is unfair . Living in miami for 10 years I strongly believe this is one if not the the best administration.
They are very nice and quick but you will never be able to get them on the phone as their mailbox is always full and none of the options gets you to a person.
I been calling for days. and no one answers the calls the mailbox is full all the time so you cannot leave a voicemail for a call back. this place sucks no one is ever available to answer a call... plus bad customer service. I went to the office early on a Friday morning the 3 people who where there. one guy and two ladies are rude and not helpfull at all. they don't not like to help people everything you ask them is you can come back later or I don't know. how do you not know???? But yet you work here oh and they only work 9am till 2pm so if you don't have everything come back another day even if you're from out of town they don't not give a shitt!!! Plus this office is not even busy for them not to help they just go and hide in there rooms...

Every burocrátic office will always have delays, and issues but people tend to be easy to judge without thinking.
Yes they might not pick up the phone but it's an understaffed consulate , and that is not their fault.
