The manager called me, and told me that there is no return policy. At no point did the sales associate mention a return policy or lack thereof. I began to wonder how many other customers had been ripped off and lied to, which is when I came across all the horrible reviews on this place.

This classless company is money hungry and their employees only care about commission - nothing else.

Warranty service is not the best. They outsource it and that creates its own plethora of problems. Not purchasing from them or recommending to anyone, ever. Too expensive for what their products and services really are.

"You cant afford it?"

The worst customer service ever experienced...The acceptance now team is also very incompetent. I spoke to Martha to postpone a payment she advised payment will not be pulled...guess what I wake up to the payment being pulled. Never will I ever work with this acceptance now team.

As she completes the transaction, without explanation, she tells us the total will come out to well over $1,000. The mattress I chose was $700. When we asked why, she simply said she could lower it to $900. Then explained the price included delivery, and "a bed cover the mattress needs, you cant buy the mattress without it" she said, pointing to the mattress. Assuming it was the cover mattresses have on in the showroom, I agreed.

We were shopping for a mattress, possibly two. After deciding on the first mattress, I decided to forge the purchase of the second mattress for a later time and told the associate this. She then walked us around the store looking for a "computer to complete the transaction on" when really she was just trying to show us every mattress on the property. We kindly reminded her that we were ready to pay for one mattress and she continued to show us mattresses. when finally, we were stern with her, she became upset. She kept demanding to know why we no longer wanted a second mattress, and said rude things

Costumers service in store is great. Now when it comes to the delivery process I can't say the same thing. After waiting a long week to get my furniture, one of the pieces came broken. I am more then sure that it broked when the delivery men where setting it up since they were practically throwing the furniture around. They didn't give me time to even look at the furniture. When they left I notice that it was broken so I called the costumer service by the phone and nobody respond. It was around 2:00 pm when this occur and it said that they where close but they are suppose to be open from 8 am to 8 pm. I've also emailed them 5 times and I haven't receive a respond. The furniture is expensive and really low quality. Don't make the same mistake as me! In the dorado my bed was missing a piece and I got the piece the same day and it was easier to get in touch with costumers service.

Come delivery day, I found out she charged me for TWO mattress covers, AND pillow case covers that I DO NOT NEED. The products are RTG brand, and are absolutely not a requirement by the mattress company.

At this point we should have left the store.

What a horrible experience I've had. I wouldn't recommend Rooms to Go to my worst enemy. I bought my furniture September 9, making sure to tell them I live in Miami and my community had a strict policy of delivery trucks not being allowed in after 5 pm. My furniture was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday but because of hurricane Irma they canceled it, which was fine. Rescheduled it on their own for the following Wednesday from 3-7!! I received the text message telling me of my new delivery time on Monday at 10:30 am. Immediately I called the so called "customer care" (trust me, they don't care) and explained that I would NOT be able to receive the delivery after 5 pm. Please can we change the time? Nope, time couldn't be changed, they'd try their best to get it there before 5. They put a note on my account. I called again Tuesday to remind them. Guys, a delivery truck won't be let in after 5, can you make sure it's here before 5? Oh, we'll try. Put a note on my account. Wednesday rolls around, and I just woke up knowing I wouldn't get my furniture today, just by the lackadaisical way the customer care department was handing my calls. 3 pm rolls around, I call again, ask them to remind the driver I needed them in the community before 5. Sure, they would let them know. At 4:30, still no delivery truck. So I call again. I ask them, where is the truck? I need to know so I can go to my community office and ask them if they would maybe give me a little extension. The girl says they're in my area. They have one more delivery, will be there at 5:10 at the latest. I go to my community's office and explain the issue. They're nice enough to give me a 5:30 extension. I thought maybe I'd end up getting it today after all. At 5:25, still no truck. I go to my community gate and wait until 5:40. No truck. I talk to the security officer there and ask him if he would let the truck in when it comes? They're just stuck in traffic. He says I had until 5:30, they're not going to let them in. I immediately call customer care. At the same time I get a direct call From the delivery dispatch lady. She unapologetically tells me they're late and would I prefer the delivery tomorrow morning? I tell her make sure I get it in the morning and she says don't worry, MY FURNITURE WONT BE TAKEN OFF THE TRUCK IT WILL BE AT MY HOUSE TOMORROW MORNING. I speak to a supervisor about this terrible service and she says she would'nt be there tomorrow morning, but don't worry she would make sure another supervisor would call in the morning. Well you can take a guess. Thursday morning came and went, no call and no delivery. I call customer care and the first 4 times someone answers and hangs up on me. The 5th time, after a 8 minute wait, a brave soul finally answers. She lets me know that the genius at dispatch never let the delivery manager know that they screwed up my delivery, so my items had indeed been taken off the truck and I'd need to reschedule for the next 2 business days. I asked to speak to a supervisor Again, a woman named Norma who said she would see what she could do about getting my furniture to me the next day. She calls me back to let me know it wouldn't actually be the next day. It would be Saturday. Apparently there's absolutely nothing these people can do to remedy a screw up. I'm so disgusted by this experience and once my husband gets home from work we'll be going to get out money back from this store. It's not worth the disrespect and hassle I've been put through since Monday. I guess you get what you pay for. Go to eldorado or city furniture. You might spend a little more, but at least they'll own up to their mistakes.

When I called the store, infuriated, I was told the sales associate would call me back to resolve the issue. Strange.

She did call me, and explained that I could not return the items because the mattress requires these items. She told me that the mattress I bought was $800 (it wasn't) and if I return these items, I owe her $800! I laughed and asked for a manager.

My family and I were greeted by the most persistent sales associate, Alicia, who followed us around despite us telling her that we wanted to look around the store on our own first.

"Come on, you have the money."
