This was the second genie I picked up, the first (in the store) didn't close all the way. It was broken. The second comes with missing supplies?
All I wanted to do was exchange broken fish tanks that would be an even exchange. They wouldn't help me at all.
I do not recommend, I will not be returning.
This store has associates that lack customer service. Trickle down effect from management to associates. The assistant manager Sydney is a joke. There are issues with pricing and mis-stocked items. I had the displeasure of speaking to management regarding a pricing issue and I swear I felt like I was speaking to my teen son. What a shame, we will not be shopping here anymore.
Watch out for the highly passive aggressive associate Alvaro. He is rude and unprofessional. Needs to brush up on his customer service skills immediately before this location loses any more customers.
I love it. It's big. It has Prescription Foods that you can order for your pet which other pet stores don't have. Your pet can go along with you.
So store hours after the storm were cut short. Here is the picture of the front door and no signs for "hurricane hours". Avoid this petco location
I get an email for a rebate opportunity when you purchase a Litter Genie Plus from Petco so I jumped on it immediately, excited because I've wanted one.
Well, I should say I'm shocked but I'm not- all the promised materials were missing. The incorrect filter was in the genie and only the scooper, no holder for it. I'm looking at it, genuinely confused as to why I can't figure out how to set it up when I realize my genie was missing supplies.
I've bought other supplies there, cat toys more specifically, that never worked. I was too lazy to return it but now, I know what type of products to expect there, cheap and a waste of money.
I've seen four people walk up and not understand why they are closed.
