Never going to rent from here....Paid for a full size car and got a VW Jetta the person helping said it's a full size because it's a four door car, and the lady attending us before he was told him we paid for a full size and he told her in a very low voice to just give us the Jetta. They also tried to get us to upgrade and he said that if we did that he would have to clean and prepare the car. This place needs new management/staff because the ones working there are tricking people into getting a car that they didn't pay for. Once I had gotten my car I called Avis and they told us that what they did wasn't right that a Jetta counts as a smaller car not full size...they also told us to go to the Rental Car Center by the airport and exchange the vehicle for an actual full size car, once we exchanged the car they offered a Ford Fusion /Chevrolet Malibu / Chevrolet Impala. Even if it's a bit cheaper to rent from here don't do it spend a little bit more and go to the airport and get attended by staff that isn't going to fool you. Wish I can give a -5 star review.
There was one thing I didn't agree with and that was charging me to check my battery after years of purchasing different items and services from them.

Never renting from this location again! I reserved a van and was given a smaller car and when I returned the car I was charged for the van. I was also charged extra fees and liability costs that I never authorized. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!. Employees either do not know how to work their computer system or they're extra charging customers.
