People there are very polite and professional, you can schedule an appointment and they will remind you later by email or phone call. Spanish and English speakers are available and the receptionists are very polite and bilingual. The prices for the services are good, so please don't forget to give a good tip.

Had to rent a car last minute, called this location and spoke to a gentleman who told me it would be no problem. As I walked into the location, it was swamped with customers. I would say probably 8 customers and only two employees visible. To my amazement they moved through the line rather quickly. I noticed the gentleman I spoke with was on the phone with the customers insurance company translating for her. After a few minutes I was called up and escorted to my rental. Wow, nice upgrade. All around great service. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
The staff was professional, courteous and committed to customer service. I had a one week rental and was not pleased with the 1st vehicle they gave me so they helped me swap it out! Door to door service even included dropping me off at home after I returned the vehicle. I'll be seeing them again in a few weeks. - Thanks!
This was by far the best service I have experienced at any Car Rental. Eddie was courteous and very professional. The complete process was approximately less than 10 minutes from my arrival. I would definitely return and recommend their services.
