My company rents a car at least 2 times a year in Miami for me. I always request this location. They are really professional. Seema the Agency manager goes out of her way to provide quality service. I highly recommend this location.
If you hate you job find another one. Im polite to people in customer service, because I know its a difficult job. The lady 'Nancy' who answered the phone hung up on me multiple times with no provacation. It was not a 'reception' issue. Shes was miserable & completely rude. Try another company.
